Participants in this 16-day training program learn how to lead and support projects aimed at improving processes in a manufacturing business environment. State-of-the-art tools for the application of the Lean Six Sigma improvement strategy will be introduced with hands-on exercises and tutorials to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention. Participants are assigned an improvement project to work on during and between training sessions and support will be provided by the instructor(s)
